BEST PROTEIN PANCAKES EVER!

*drum roll please* the long-awaited Best Protein Pancakes Recipe is finally ready to be shared! I wanted to *perfect* this recipe before I shared it with all of you! Today's the day!


Not only do these pancakes taste like dessert, the macros are INCREDIBLE. These have become a staple meal for me - I make at least 4x a week. + they take literally 3 minutes to whip up! Easy to make, protein packed, and taste amazing?! SIGN ME UP!


I tried so many different ways to mix these ups to find the optimal combination, and I found this recipe tastes best, and also hits great macros. With that being said, there are multiple ways to mix this up to hit your macro goals with simple adjustments.

  1. use whole eggs if you need more fat

  2. use more oats if you need to up the carbs or want to use this as a pre workout meal

  3. add more cottage cheese or protein powder for more protein & a fluffier pancake!

Top with:

  1. Pure maple syrup

  2. Berries & whip

  3. Peanut or almond butter

  4. Heat up fresh or frozen berries to make a "syrup"

  5. Pampa Syrup, sugar free or light syrup

choose what works for you, makes you feel good after eating, and what meets your goals! Change it up! so many ways to enhance these cakes...they will never get old, yum! ALSO, do not forget lick the bowl (of course, as long as you use pasteurized egg whites) . TASTES LIKE STRAIGHT CINNAMON ROLL CAKE BETTER DESSERT, thank me later! I could just eat the batter, so dang good, and guilt freeeee.


What you'll need:

  • 8 oz egg whites

  • 1/ 8 C oat flour (blend old fashioned oats to make oat flour)

  • 1 Tsp cinnamon

  • 1 scoop PEScience Cake Pop

  • 1/2 C Cottage Cheese

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

  • blender


How to make:

  1. Add all ingredients to blender. Blend.

  2. Spray griddle & make pancakes. (don't forget to try the batter ;) )

  3. Top with whatever your heart desires!

  4. ENJOY
