I use this accountability guide each month to lay out my new goals. I fill out each line with my goals or habits I want to stick to during the month. Each day I get to color in the bubble when I achieve that goal! Use fun colors for extra satisfaction :)
This has helped me tremendously in building new habits. Post it up on the fridge or somewhere you see it every day. You can even download it to your phone and color in each circle digitally.
For the April Abs challenge, you could also hold yourself accountability using this calendar.
I would recommend printing it out, and filling in each day with the workout. Day 1, Day 2, Day 3...and then check off each day as you complete the workout!
